國(guó)內(nèi)方管價(jià)格先跌后漲，上旬小幅下跌，中下旬出現(xiàn)較明顯上漲，累計(jì)較上周末上漲20元/噸。受進(jìn)口礦大幅反彈影響，本月國(guó)內(nèi)礦山也有所跟漲，加之唐山地區(qū)一些檢修減產(chǎn)高爐在中下旬略有恢復(fù)，適當(dāng)增加方管采購(gòu)，國(guó)產(chǎn)礦成交情況有所好轉(zhuǎn)。在地方礦山供貨意愿不強(qiáng)的情況下，預(yù)計(jì)下月方管價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。近期由于國(guó)際方管和煤炭?jī)r(jià)格持續(xù)下跌引發(fā)貿(mào)易商抄底，再加上澳洲礦商加大出貨力度，推動(dòng)干散貨市場(chǎng)運(yùn)價(jià)持續(xù)大幅反彈。但行業(yè)基本供需形勢(shì)未變，國(guó)內(nèi)需求依舊疲軟，且短期將面臨淡季需求回落，再加上現(xiàn)存運(yùn)力消化仍需時(shí)日，預(yù)計(jì)目前運(yùn)價(jià)大幅反彈勢(shì)頭難以持續(xù)。

建筑鋼材廠家本月上旬價(jià)格普遍大幅下調(diào)，中下旬隨著鋼價(jià)企穩(wěn)，對(duì)出廠價(jià)格進(jìn)行調(diào)整的不多，無(wú)縫方管部分鋼廠出廠價(jià)格還出現(xiàn)小幅上調(diào)。其中以旬定價(jià)的沙鋼、永鋼等鋼廠在6月上旬大幅下調(diào)出廠價(jià)格200-260元/噸之后，中下旬價(jià)格均保持平穩(wěn)，河北鋼鐵6月份結(jié)算價(jià)格則在指導(dǎo)價(jià)格基礎(chǔ)上大幅下調(diào)160-280元/噸。經(jīng)過(guò)本月鋼廠價(jià)格的滯后下調(diào)之后，各區(qū)域主導(dǎo)鋼廠出廠價(jià)格與P110石油套管市場(chǎng)價(jià)格倒掛的幅度已經(jīng)不大，后期鋼廠出廠價(jià)格繼續(xù)下調(diào)的壓力將有所減輕。但值的一提的是，隨著資金鏈的持續(xù)緊張，本月江西萍特鋼鐵出現(xiàn)因資金鏈斷裂而停產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)象，折射出當(dāng)前中小鋼企的生存狀況已相當(dāng)艱難，后期不排除部分鋼廠為回籠資金而出臺(tái)極端價(jià)格政策的情況。當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)方管產(chǎn)量繼續(xù)保持在高位，對(duì)原料剛性需求仍存。不過(guò)在鋼廠虧損以及國(guó)家環(huán)保治理力度加大的情況下，預(yù)計(jì)5月份國(guó)內(nèi)方管產(chǎn)量將有所下降，加之目前鋼廠采購(gòu)原料普遍謹(jǐn)慎，預(yù)計(jì)7月份方管、焦炭等原料市場(chǎng)仍將以盤整走勢(shì)為主。

Later, it is not excluded that some steel mills issued extreme price policies to withdraw funds. At present, the domestic production of square tubes remains at a high level, and there is still a demand for rigid raw materials. However, with the loss of steel mills and the increasing efforts of national environmental protection management, it is expected that the domestic production of square tubes will decline in May. In addition to the current prudence of steel mills in purchasing raw materials, it is expected that the market of square tubes, coke and other raw materials will continue to be dominated by consolidation in July.
