作為一個(gè)生產(chǎn)方管的廠(chǎng)家要對(duì)方管的各個(gè)工藝流程、鋼管材質(zhì)性能有足夠的掌握，在客戶(hù)訂購(gòu)焊管的時(shí)候方管和矩形管是客戶(hù)的選擇對(duì)象。我們多次提到方管和矩形管的優(yōu)劣，方管在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中只有管端的尺寸是最嚴(yán)格的的，畢竟方管不同于矩形管，所以在生產(chǎn)方管的時(shí)候要注意把口徑和管端做到最好，以便于在安裝焊接過(guò)程中能夠方便快捷的施工。對(duì)于生產(chǎn)大口徑鋼管壁厚較薄的鋼管的時(shí)候要注意加固或者對(duì)鋼管做支架，以防止方管在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)橢圓或口徑變形。對(duì)于方管來(lái)說(shuō)口徑的準(zhǔn)確尺寸是最重要的，其次要注意的是方管焊口不要咬邊，要把卷制好的鋼管的兩個(gè)焊邊對(duì)齊對(duì)平，焊接出來(lái)的鋼管才能漂亮、規(guī)范。其次要注意的是方管的直度，方管的直度不但影響方管整體的外觀(guān)最主要的是影響后期施工焊接。
